Q:What’s your payment method?
A:Our payment method is T/T or Western Union or E-checking or World Pay. 50% deposit before production, when we finish your order,we will take photo and vedio to you, if you are satisfied,then finish the payment for 50% balance,when you get your 100% payment,we will arrange shipment
Q:How about your Warranty ?
A:Our warranty is two year. In this year ,if the products is damage,please send back to our factory,we will check.If it’s broken because of quality, we will repair it for free and take all shipping fee ;if it’s broken by client’s side , we will repair for free ,but the shipping fee is on client’s side
Q:How can I pick up my items?
A:We will send Commerical Invoice,Packing List,Bill of Loading to you after shipment, when all items arrived to port of destination,please take them to finish the clearance and pick up your items
