We use 0.4mm or 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin to produce inflatable games.
2. Sewing:
Double stitching for every sewing part, quadruple for reinforcement part.
3. Drawstring/Baffle
Which used to connect two piece of meterial to form a wall(base) or air chamber.
We use PVC tarpaulin material, while you may find oxford one which is lighter, cheaper, less durable.
4. D-ring set:
PVC tarpaulin base with stainless steel D rings together consisits our anchoring system.
